FAQs
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is a whole-body approach to health through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support. Focusing on potential underlying causes of ill-health, rather than focusing on symptoms, it is evidence-informed, utilising a range of tools which are used to focus on the individual and identify potential imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms.
What is the process?
I like to start with an informal chat to discuss how you’re feeling and how I can support you. It is an opportunity for me to better understand how I can support your health and wellbeing goals.
After completing an in-depth health questionnaire, together in your first consultation we will spend over a hour diving deep into your health history to understand how I can support you.
Following this, you will receive a completely unique, personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme including therapeutic goals, dietary suggestions, lifestyle strategies, supplement recommendations all designed specifically for you.
I want to ensure you are completely supported so there is communication and check ins on your progress throughout.
